10 Singºª unto the LORDº a newº song,º [and] his praiseº from the endº² of the earth,º ye that go downºª to the sea,º and all that is therein;º the isles,º and the inhabitantsºª thereof. 11 Let the wildernessº and the citiesº thereof lift upºª [their voice], the villagesº [that] Kedarº doth inhabit:ºª let the inhabitantsºª of the rockº sing,ºª let them shoutºª from the topº² of the mountains.º 12 Let them giveºª gloryº unto the LORD,º and declareºª his praiseº in the islands.º 13 The LORDº shall go forthºª as a mighty man,º he shall stir upºª jealousyº like a manº of war:º he shall cry,ºª yea,² roar;ºª he shall prevailºª against² his enemies.ºª 14 I have long timeº² holden my peace;ºª I have been still,ºª [and] refrained¹ª myself:² [now] will I cryºª like a travailing woman;ºª I will destroyºªª¹ and devourºª at once.º 15 I will make wasteºª mountainsº and hills,º and dry upºª all² their herbs;º and I will makeºª the riversº islands,º and I will dry upºª the pools.º 16 And I will bring¹ª² the blindº by a wayº [that] they knewºª not;² I will lead¹ª them² in pathsº [that] they have not² known:ºª I will makeºª darknessº lightº beforeº them, and crooked thingsº straight.º These² thingsº will I doºª unto them, and not² forsakeºª them.
