Isaiah 10:5-
6 O Assyrian,
the rod of mine anger,

Behold,
for your iniquities have ye sold yourselves, and for your transgressions is your mother put away. ... Wherefore,
when I came, [
was there] no man? when I called, [
was there] none to answer?
Is my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? or

at my rebuke

there is] no water, and dieth for thirst.

thou deliveredst them into the hand of their enemies, who vexed them: and

saviours, who saved them out of the hand of their enemies.
