The cloths of service, and holy garments.

1 ¶ And of² the blue,º and purple,º and scarlet,ºº they madeºª clothsº of service,º to do serviceºª in the holyº [place], and madeºª² the holyº garmentsº for Aaron;º as² the LORDº commandedºª² Moses.º

The ephod.

2 And he madeºª² the ephodº [of] gold,º blue,º and purple,º and scarlet,ºº and fine twined¹ª linen.º² 3 And they did beatºª² the goldº into¹ thin plates,º and cutºª [it into] wires,º to workºª¹ [it] in² the blue,º and in² the purple,º and in² the scarlet,ºº and in² the fine linen,º [with] cunningºª work.º 4 They madeºª shoulderpiecesº for it, to couple [it] together:ºª by² the twoº edgesºª¹ was it coupled together.ºª 5 And the curious girdleº of his ephod,º that² [was] upon² it, [was] of² the same,² according to the workº thereof; [of] gold,º blue,º and purple,º and scarlet,ºº and fine twined¹ª linen;º² as² the LORDº commandedºª² Moses.º

6 ¶ And they wroughtºª² onyxº stonesº inclosed¹ª in² ouchesº of gold,º graven,ºª as signetsº are graven,º with² the namesº of the childrenº of Israel.º 7 And he putºª them on² the shouldersº of the ephod,º [that they should be] stonesº for a memorialº to the childrenº of Israel;º as² the LORDº commandedºª² Moses.º

8 ¶ And he madeºª² the breastplateº [of] cunningºª work,º like the workº of the ephod;º [of] gold,º blue,º and purple,º and scarlet,ºº and fine twined¹ª linen.º² 9 It was² foursquare;ºª they madeºª² the breastplateº double:ºª a spanº [was] the lengthº thereof, and a spanº the breadthº thereof, [being] doubled.ºª 10 And they setºª in it fourº rowsº of stones:º [the first] rowº [was] a sardius,º a topaz,º and a carbuncle:º this [was] the firstº row.º 11 And the secondº row,º an emerald,º a sapphire,º and a diamond.º 12 And the thirdº row,º a ligure,º an agate,º and an amethyst.º 13 And the fourthº row,º a beryl,º an onyx,º and a jasper:º [they were] inclosedºª in ouchesº of goldº in their inclosings.º 14 And the stonesº [were] according to² the namesº of the childrenº of Israel,º twelve,ºº according to² their names,º [like] the engravingsº of a signet,º every oneº with² his name,º according to the twelveºº tribes.º 15 And they madeºª upon² the breastplateº chainsº at the ends,º [of] wreathenº workº [of] pureº gold.º 16 And they madeºª twoº ouchesº [of] gold,º and twoº goldº rings;º and putºª² the twoº ringsº in² the twoº endsº of the breastplate.º 17 And they putºª the twoº wreathen chainsº of goldº in² the twoº ringsº on² the endsº of the breastplate.º 18 And the twoº endsº of the twoº wreathen¹ chainsº they fastenedºª in² the twoº ouches,º and putºª them on² the shoulderpiecesº of the ephod,º beforeºº² it.¹ 19 And they madeºª twoº ringsº of gold,º and putºª [them] on² the twoº endsº of the breastplate,º upon² the borderº of it, which² [was] on² the sideº of the ephodº inward.º 20 And they madeºª twoº [other] goldenº rings,º and putºª them on² the twoº sidesº of the ephodº underneath,º² towardº² the forepartº of it, over againstº the [other] couplingº thereof, aboveº² the curious girdleº of the ephod.º 21 And they did bindºª² the breastplateº by his ringsº² unto² the ringsº of the ephodº with a laceº of blue,º that it might be² above² the curious girdleº of the ephod,º and that the breastplateº might not² be loosedºª from²² the ephod;º as² the LORDº commandedºª² Moses.º

22 ¶ And he madeºª² the robeº of the ephodº [of] wovenºª work,º allº [of] blue.º 23 And [there was] an holeº in the midstº of the robe,º as the holeº of an habergeon,º [with] a bandº round aboutº the hole,º that it should not² rend.ºª 24 And they madeºª upon² the hemsº of the robeº pomegranatesº [of] blue,º and purple,º and scarlet,ºº [and] twinedºª [linen]. 25 And they madeºª bellsº [of] pureº gold,º and putºª² the bellsº betweenº the pomegranatesº upon² the hemº of the robe,º round aboutº betweenº the pomegranates;º 26 A bellº and a pomegranate,º a bellº and a pomegranate,º round aboutº² the hemº of the robeº to ministerºª [in]; as² the LORDº commandedºª² Moses.º

27 ¶ And they madeºª² coatsº [of] fine linenº [of] wovenºª workº for Aaron,º and for his sons,º 28 And a mitreº [of] fine linen,º and goodlyº bonnetsº [of] fine linen,º and linenº breechesº [of] fine twined¹ª linen,º² 29 And a girdleº [of] fine twined¹ª linen,º² and blue,º and purple,º and scarlet,ºº [of] needlework;ººª as² the LORDº commandedºª² Moses.º

30 ¶ And they madeºª² the plateº of the holyº crownº [of] pureº gold,º and wroteºª upon² it a writing,º [like to] the engravingsº of a signet,º HOLINESSº TO THE LORD.º 31 And they tiedºª unto² it a laceº of blue,º to fastenºª [it] on highº² upon² the mitre;º as² the LORDº commandedºª² Moses.º

All is viewed and approved by Moses.

32 ¶ Thus was all² the workº of the tabernacleº of the tentº of the congregationº finished:ºª and the childrenº of Israelº didºª according to all² that² the LORDº commandedºª² Moses,º so² didºª they.

33 ¶ And they broughtºª² the tabernacleº unto² Moses,º² the tent,º and all² his furniture,º his taches,º his boards,º his bars,º and his pillars,º and his sockets,º 34 And the coveringº of rams'º skinsº dyed red,ºª and the coveringº of badgers'º skins,º and the vailº of the covering,º 35 ² The arkº of the testimony,º and the stavesº thereof, and the mercy seat,º 36 ² The table,º [and]² all² the vesselsº thereof, and the shewbread,ºº 37 ² The pureº candlestick,º [with]² the lampsº thereof, [even with] the lampsº to be set in order,º and all² the vesselsº thereof, and the oilº for light,º 38 And the goldenº altar,º and the anointingº oil,º and the sweetº incense,º and the hangingº for the tabernacleº door,º 39 ² The brasenº altar,º and his² grateº of brass,º² his staves,º and all² his vessels,º² the laverº and his foot,º 40 ² The hangingsº of the court,º² his pillars,º and his sockets,º and the hangingº for the courtº gate,º² his cords,º and his pins,º and all² the vesselsº of the serviceº of the tabernacle,º for the tentº of the congregation,º 41 ² The clothsº of serviceº to do serviceºª in the holyº [place], and² the holyº garmentsº for Aaronº the priest,º and his sons'º garments,º to minister in the priest's office.ºª 42 According to all² that² the LORDº commandedºª² Moses,º so² the childrenº of Israelº madeºª² all² the work.º 43 And Mosesº did look¹ª upon²² all¹² the work,º and, behold,² they had doneºª it as² the LORDº had commanded,ºª even so² had they doneºª it: and Mosesº blessedºª them.
