The LORD Praised for His Goodness.

  1 IPraise° IIthe LORD°!
  I awill give° thanks° to the LORD° with all° [my] heart°,
  In the bcompany° of the upright° and in the assembly°.
  2 aGreat° are the works° of the LORD°;
  [They are] Ibstudied° by all° who delight° in them.
  3 IaSplendid° and majestic° is His work°,
  And bHis righteousness° endures° forever°.
  4 He has made° His Iwonders° IIto be remembered°;
  The LORD° is agracious° and compassionate°.
  5 He has agiven° Ifood° to those who IIfear° Him;
  He will bremember° His covenant° forever°.
  6 He has made° known° to His people° the power° of His works°,
  In giving° them the heritage° of the nations°.

The psalmist by his example inciteth others to praise God for his glorious,
