The LORD Exalts the Humble.

  1 IPraise° IIthe LORD°!
  aPraise°, O bservants° of the LORD°,
  Praise° the name° of the LORD°.
  2 aBlessed° be the name° of the LORD°
  From this° time° forth and forever°°.
  3 aFrom the rising° of the sun° to its setting°
  The bname° of the LORD° is to be praised°.
  4 The LORD° is ahigh° above° all° nations°;
  His bglory° is above° the heavens°.

An exhortation to praise God for his excellency,
