The trespass offering for sins done unwittingly.

1 ¶ And the LORDº spakeºª unto² Moses,º saying,ºª 2 If² a soulº sin,ºª and commitºª a trespassº against the LORD,º and lieºª unto his neighbourº in that which was delivered¹ him to keep,² or² in fellowship,ºº or² in a thing taken away by violence,º or² hath deceivedºª² his neighbour;º 3 Or² have foundºª that which was lost,º and liethºª concerning it, and swearethºª falsely;º² in² anyº of all²² these that² a manº doeth,ºª sinningºª therein:º 4 Then it shall be,² because² he hath sinned,ºª and is guilty,ºª that he shall restoreºª² thatº which² he took violently away,ºª or²² the thingº which² he hath deceitfully gotten,ºª or²² that² which² was delivered¹¹ him to keep,ºª² or²² the lost thingº which² he found,ºª 5 Or² all that²² about which² he hath swornºª² falsely;º he shall even restoreºª it in the principal,º and shall addºª the fifth partº more¹ª thereto,² [and] giveºª it unto him to whom² it² appertaineth, in the day¹² of his trespass offering.º 6 And he shall bringºª his trespass offeringº unto the LORD,º a ramº without blemishº out of² the flock,º with thy estimation,º for a trespass offering,º unto² the priest:º 7 And the priestº shall make an atonementºª for² him beforeº the LORD:º and it shall be forgivenºª him for² any thingº of all²² that² he hath doneºª in trespassingº therein.

The law of the burnt offering,

8 ¶ And the LORDº spakeºª unto² Moses,º saying,ºª 9 Commandºª² Aaronº and his sons,º saying,ºª This² [is] the lawº of the burnt offering:º It² [is] the burnt offering,º because of² the burningº upon² the altarº all² nightº unto² the morning,º and the fireº of the altarº shall be burningºª in it. 10 And the priestº shall put¹ª on² his linenº garment,º and his linenº breechesº shall he putºª upon² his flesh,º and take upºª² the ashesº which² the fireº hath consumedºª with² the burnt offeringº on² the altar,º and he shall putºª them besideº the altar.º 11 And he shall put offºª² his garments,º and put onºª otherº garments,º and carry forthºª² the ashesº withoutº²² the campº unto² a cleanº place.º 12 And the fireº upon² the altarº shall be burningºª in it; it shall not² be put out:ºª and the priestº shall burnºª woodº on² it every morning,º and lay² the burnt offeringº in order¹ª upon² it; and he shall burnºª thereon² the fatº of the peace offerings.º 13 The fireº shall everº be burningºª upon² the altar;º it shall never² go out.ºª

and of the meat offering.

14 ¶ And this² [is] the lawº of the meat offering:º the sonsº of Aaronº shall offerºª it beforeº the LORD,º beforeº² the altar.º 15 And he shall takeºª of² it his handful,º of the flourº² of the meat offering,º and of the oilº² thereof, and all² the frankincenseº which² [is] upon² the meat offering,º and shall burnºª [it] upon the altarº [for] a sweetº savour,º [even] the memorialº of it, unto the LORD.º 16 And the remainderºª thereof² shall Aaronº and his sonsº eat:ºª with unleavened breadº shall it be eatenºª in the holyº place;º in the courtº of the tabernacleº of the congregationº they shall eatºª it. 17 It shall not² be bakenºª with leaven.º I have givenºª it [unto them for] their portionº of my offerings made by fire;º² it² [is] most¹ holy,º as [is] the sin offering,º and as the trespass offering.º 18 All² the malesº among the childrenº of Aaronº shall eatºª of it. [It shall be] a statuteº for everº in your generationsº concerning the offerings¹ª of the LORD¹ made by fire:º²² every one² that² touchethºª them shall be holy.ºª

The offering at the consecration of a priest.

19 ¶ And the LORDº spakeºª unto² Moses,º saying,ºª 20 This² [is] the offeringº of Aaronº and of his sons,º which² they shall offerºª unto the LORDº in the dayº when he is anointed;ºª the tenth partº of an ephahº of fine flourº for a meat offeringº perpetual,º halfº of it in the morning,º and halfº thereof at night.º 21 In² a panº it shall be madeºª with oil;º [and when it is] baken,ºª thou shalt bring¹ª it in:² [and] the bakenº piecesº of the meat offeringº shalt thou offerºª [for] a sweetº savourº unto the LORD.º 22 And the priestº of his sonsº² that is anointedº in his stead² shall offerºª it: [it is] a statuteº for everº unto the LORD;º it shall be whollyº burnt.ºª 23 For every² meat offeringº for the priestº shall be² wholly² burnt:¹ it shall not² be eaten.ºª

The law of the sin offering.

24 ¶ And the LORDº spakeºª unto² Moses,º saying,ºª 25 Speakºª unto² Aaronº and to² his sons,º saying,ºª This² [is] the lawº of the sin offering:º In the placeº where² the burnt offeringº is killedºª shall the sin offeringº be killedºª beforeº the LORD:º it² [is] most¹ holy.º 26 The priestº that offereth it for sinºª² shall eatºª it: in the holyº placeº shall it be eaten,ºª in the courtº of the tabernacleº of the congregation.º 27 Whatsoever²² shall touchºª the fleshº thereof shall be holy:ºª and when² there is sprinkledºª of the bloodº² thereof upon² any garment,º thou shalt washºª that whereon²² it was sprinkledºª in the holyº place.º 28 But the earthenº vesselº wherein² it is soddenºª shall be broken:ºª and if² it be soddenºª in a brasenº pot,º it shall be both scoured,ºª and rinsedºª in water.º 29 All² the malesº among the priestsº shall eatºª thereof: it² [is] most¹ holy.º 30 And no²² sin offering,º whereof² [any] of the bloodº² is broughtºª into² the tabernacleº of the congregationº to reconcileºª [withal] in the holyº [place], shall be eaten:ºª it shall be burntºª in the fire.º
