_ _ ill — antithesis to “well” (Isaiah 3:10); emphatic ellipsis of the words italicized. “Ill!”

_ _ hands — his conduct; “hands” being the instrument of acts (Ecclesiastes 8:12, Ecclesiastes 8:13).
