Psalms 92:10

_ _ horn ... exalt — is to increase power (Psalms 75:5).

_ _ anointed ... fresh — or, “new”

_ _ oil — (Psalms 23:5) a figure for refreshment (compare Luke 7:46). Such use of oil is still common in the East.
