Prayer for the LORD’S Help.

A Song of Ascents.

  1 To You I alift° up my eyes°,
  O You who bare enthroned° in the heavens°!
  2 Behold°, as the eyes° of aservants° [look] to the hand° of their master°,
  As the eyes° of a maid° to the hand° of her mistress°,
  So° our beyes° [look] to the LORD° our God°,
  Until° He is gracious° to us.

The godly profess their confidence in God,
