Amos 1:7

_ _ fire — that is, the flame of war (Numbers 21:28; Isaiah 26:11). Hezekiah fulfilled the prophecy, smiting the Philistines unto Gaza (2 Kings 18:8). Foretold also by Isaiah 14:29, Isaiah 14:31.
