Be careful of other translations. When Moses spoke to God the NIV says he responded as "Here I am". This would mean that he was on the same level as Elohim. However, other transcriptions of this text put 'am' before 'I' thus the correct version is "Here 'am' I. Thus responding as a servant and not as Yaweh.
