Daniel 3:13 Then
Nebuchadnezzar in [his]
rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Then they brought these men before the king.
killeth the foolish
man, and envy
slayeth the silly one
Psalms 76:10 Surely
the wrath of man shall praise thee: the remainder
of wrath shalt thou restrain.
of a king [is as
of death: but
a wise man will pacify it.
] as the roaring of a lion; but his
] as dew upon the grass.
of a king [is
] as the roaring of a lion: [whoso
] provoketh him to anger sinneth
] his own soul.
A stone [is
, and the sand weighty; but a fool's wrath [is
] heavier than them both. ... Wrath [is
] cruel, and anger [is] outrageous
] able to stand before envy
man stirreth up strife, and a furious
man aboundeth in transgression.
Then Herod, when
he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding
wroth, and sent forth, and slew
all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according
to the time which he had diligently enquired of the wise men.
But I say
unto you, That
whosoever is angry with his brother without
a cause shall be
in danger of the judgment
: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca
, shall be in danger of the council
: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool
, shall be in danger of hell
